基于南方滨海城市格局特征的宁波运河利用策略研究

Research on Ningbo Canal Utilization Strategy Based on the Pattern Characteristics of Southern Coastal Cities

分析宁波运河灌溉防洪、水道运输、经济贸易和文化交流四大历史功能,总结提炼在南方滨海地理区位下宁波运河具有连接海上与内陆,促进经济文化交融,合理避潮,形成科学复线运行线路,推进古城确立,塑造城市格局的独特特征。在国家文化公园建设的背景下,提出打造河海联运体验地,纳入国土空间规划整体利用,建设全面多层次价值展示体系,延续传统文化生活区和打造新时代运河文化产业带等策略,为南方滨海城市格局特征下的运河利用提供参考。

The historical functions of Ningbo Canal are reviewed,and the unique features of Ningbo Canal are summarized and refined under the geographical location of the southern coastal area,such as "Connecting the sea and the inland,promoting the integration of economy and culture","The double-track operation system under the reasonable tide protection and scientific planning route" and "The close interbreeding relationship with the urban form pattern",In the context of the construction of national cultural parks,putting forward to build the value identification system of river-sea combined transportation experience place,integrating into the national spatial plan overall utilization,based on the urban culture construction under the system of comprehensive multi-level display strategy,the system construction and the continuation of traditional culture living area for the southern coastal city landscape characteristics of canal using the model to provide the reference.
