双介质喷嘴气相流速对雾化效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 烟草香料的雾化是烟草加料的重要环节,为了提高雾化均匀性和降低雾化成本,首先通过inventor软件对双介质雾化喷嘴进行等比例三维建模,并通过icem软件对其进行网格划分,其次采用Fluent软件的k-ε湍流模型以及vof多相流模型进行雾化模拟。研究表明:当气相流速为0,即喷嘴为单相流时,雾化效果最差,这也验证了双介质喷嘴相对于单介质喷嘴的优越性。当液相流速保持不变时,随着气相流速的增大,在一定范围内扩散效果变好,雾化效果越好。 The atomization of tobacco is an important part of tobacco flavoring.In order to improve the uniformity of atomization and to reduce the cost, we used inventor software to build an equal scale 3D model of the double-medium atomization nozzle, and used ICEM software to complete mesh division.Then the k-ε turbulence model and VOF multiphase flow model in Fluent software were used for atomization simulation.The results showed that when the gas flow rate was 0(single-phase flow),the atomization effect was the worst, which verified the superiority of the double-medium nozzle over the single-medium nozzle.When the liquid phase flow rate remained constant, the diffusion effect became better and the atomization effect became better in a certain range with the increase of gas phase flow rate.
