飞轮系统轴向磁力轴承永磁体结构设计及优化

摘要 以设计结构合理的轴向混合磁力轴承永磁体为目的,满足飞轮系统的工作要求,通过运用ANSOFT电磁分析软件对矩形截面结构和梯形截面结构永磁体在磁轴承中两种工作状态的磁路特性进行分析比较,得出梯形截面结构永磁体较为合理;同时对梯形截面结构倾斜角度进行分析优化,得出梯形截面结构倾斜角度为20°是最优结构,这为飞轮系统中轴向混合磁力轴承可靠性设计提供依据。 In order to design a permanent magnet with reasonable structure for the axial hybrid magnetic bearing to meet the working requirements of flywheel system, the magnetic circuit characteristics of the permanent magnets with rectangular/trapezoidal cross-section were analyzed and compared by using ANSOFT electromagnetic analysis software, and the conclusion was that the trapezoidal cross-section structure was more reasonable.Then the inclined angle of the trapezoidal cross-section structure was analyzed and optimized.It was concluded that the trapezoidal cross-section structure with an inclination angle of 20°was the optimal structure.This study has provided a basis for the reliability design of axial hybrid magnetic bearing in flywheel system.
