摘要
采用理论计算和现场试验相结合的方法,对JH38-RZ型混凝土泵车在水平、M形和弧形三种工况下的泵送负载压力变化规律进行分析。结果表明:一个泵送周期内,主油泵泵送负载压力将历经减速换向-加速换向-减速至平稳推送三个阶段;当混凝土输料管布置相同时,泵送高度(臂架形式)对负载压力的影响较小;将弯管、锥管引起的局部压力损失等效于一定长度水平直管的压力损失,对负载压力进行计算是合理可行的,计算结果与现场试验结果基本一致;为减少混凝土泵送施工过程中堵管现象发生,应尽量避免使臂架处于M形工况。
Through theoretical calculation and field test, the variation characteristics of the pumping load pressure of JH38-RZ concrete pump truck under horizontal, M-shaped and arc working conditions are analyzed. The results show that in one pumping cycle, the pumping load pressure of the main oil pump goes through three stages: deceleration commutation, acceleration commutation, and deceleration to smooth push. When the arrangement of the concrete conveying pipes is the same, the pumping height(boom form) has little effect on the load pressure. The local pressure loss caused by the elbow and the cone pipe is equivalent to the pressure loss of a certain length of horizontal straight pipe. It is feasible to calculate the load pressure, and the calculation results are basically consistent with the field test results. In order to reduce pipe blockage during concrete pumping, the M-shaped working condition of the boom should be avoided.
