亚热带海洋性气候对腹膜透析患者透析质量的影响

Effect of subtropical marine climate on dialysis quality in patients with peritoneal dialysis

目的探讨亚热带海洋气候对腹膜透析患者透析质量的影响。方法收集2018年12月—2019年11月我院连续性非卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者资料,分析透析质量指标(血压、电解质、钙磷代谢、透析液溶质清除、营养状态)与季节变化的关系。结果124例患者平均透析时间为(2.5±1.9)a。收缩压、标准蛋白分解率(nPCR)呈季节性变化。冬季钠、钾含量高于夏季。钙、磷在不同季节无明显变化。甲状旁腺激素春季最低,秋季达到峰值。结论湛江市腹膜透析患者部分关键透析指标无明显季节性差异,可能与亚热带海洋气候地区气候变化不显著有关。

Objective To investigate the effect of subtropical marine climate on dialysis quality in patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods Clinical data of patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD)were collected from December 2018 to November 2019.The relationship between dialysis quality indexes(blood pressure,electrolytes,calcium-phosphorus metabolism,dialysate solute clearance,and nutritional status)and seasonal change was analyzed.Results The average dialysis time of 124 patients was 2.5±1.9 years.There were seasonal variations of systolic pressure and normalized protein catabolic rate(nPCR).Sodium and potassium contents were higher in winter than in summer,while calcium and phosphorus levels were comparable in different seasons.Parathyroid hormone level was the lowest in spring,and reached its peak in autumn.Conclusion Some key dialysis indicators of peritoneal dialysis patients show no seasonal variations in Zhanjiang city,possibly relating to insignificant climate change in subtropical marine climate.
