摘要
本文针对福建某铜矿遇高硫铜比矿石,导致现场浮选现象突变、指标恶化的情况,在现场原有工艺流程的基础上,通过开展调整剂种类和用量、粗选石灰用量以及捕收剂用量等试验,探索出适合该矿石的工艺参数,闭路试验获得了铜品位21.90%、铜回收率90.74%的铜精矿。该优化参数应用于现场后,铜精矿铜回收率提高了2.57%,尾矿铜品位降低了0.013%,效果非常显著。
In view of the situation that a copper mine in Fujian encounters high sulfur-copper ratio ore,which leads to the mutation of the field flotation phenomenon and the deterioration of the index,on the basis of the original process,the process parameters suitable for the ore are explored by the type and dosage of modifying agent,the dosage of lime of rough flotation and the dosage of collector.The closed-circuit test obtains the copper concentrate with copper grade of 21.90%and copper recovery rate of 90.74%.After the optimization parameters were applied to the site,the copper recovery rate of copper concentrate was increased by 2.57%,and the copper grade of tailings was reduced by 0.013%.
