摘要
本文以氯化钕、草酸为原料,采用沉淀法制备高纯氧化钕前驱体,并将前驱体在一定温度条件下灼烧制备氧化钕粉体。本文还研究了沉淀方式、反应物料浓度、反应系数等因素对粉体粒径的影响,并用粒度仪测定样品粒度分布,扫描电镜对样品进行表征。实验表明,不同制备条件得到不同粒径的氧化钕,在最佳条件下可稳定制得中心粒径1~3μm氧化钕粉体。
In this paper,high purity neodymium oxide precursor was prepared by precipitation method with neodymium chloride and oxalate as raw materials.The precursor can be turned into neodymium oxide powder after calcining at certain temperature.The influences of precipitation way,concentration and reaction coefficient on the particle sizes of neodymium oxide were incerstigated.The size distribution of samples was measured by particle size analyzer,and the shapes were determined by scanning electron microscopy.Results showed that neodymium oxide with different particle sizes could be obtained under different preparation conditions,the particle size of neodymium oxide from 1 to 3 micron could be stable made under optimal precipitation conditions.
