摘要
多年来,我厂40Cr脱方一直按脱方度≤10mm进行控制,由于轧制规格的提高,目前的脱方控制水平已无法达到轧钢要求,需要进一步控制脱方,要求脱方度控制在7mm以下。本文从工艺和设备两个方面研究了40Cr脱方的原因,并针对性的采取改进措施,脱方超标率由原来的0.6%逐渐降低至0.11%,效果明显。
For many years,our factory has controlled the squareness of 40Cr with a squareness≤10mm.Due to the improvement of rolling specifications,the current squareness control level cannot meet the requirements of steel rolling.Further control of squareness is required,and the squareness of the squareness is required to be controlled at 7mm.the following.In this paper,the reasons for the de-squared of 40Cr were studied from the aspects of process and equipment,and targeted improvement measures were taken.The over-standard rate of de-squared was gradually reduced from 0.6%to 0.11%,and the effect was obvious.
