湖南省静脉治疗专科护士导管尖端心腔内电图定位技术培训及实施现状调查

The current situation of training and implementation of Intracavitary Electrocardiogram positioning method in Hunan province

目的:调查湖南省静脉治疗专科护士导管尖端心腔内电图定位技术培训及实施现状,为推动该技术的应用、开展系统化培训提供参考。方法:2022年1月采用自行设计的“心腔内电图定位技术培训及实施现状调查表”对湖南省122家医院的413名静脉治疗专科护士进行调查。结果:44家(36.07%)医院开展了心腔内电图定位技术,138人(33.41%)独立应用过心腔内电图定位技术;187人(45.28%)不知道《PICC尖端心腔内电图定位技术》;227人(54.96%)对开展心腔内电图定位技术有迫切需求。结论:目前心腔内电图定位技术的培训及推广有待加强,亟须进一步提高湖南省静脉治疗专科护士的培训及管理水平,以提高全省静脉治疗的护理质量。

Objective:To explore the current situation of training and implementation of intracavitary electrocardiogram positioning technology in Hunan province.Methods:The self-designed"Intracardiac electrocardiography positioning technology training and implementation status questionnaire"was used to investigate the intravenous therapy specialist nurses in Hunan Province.The effective rate of questionnaire collection was 100%.Results:Among 413 intravenous therapy nurses,162(39.23%)nurses from 44 hospitals(36.07%)carried out intracardiac Electrocardiogram positioning technology.Totally 138(33.41%)nurses independently applied intracavitary electrocardiogram positioning technology.Totally 187(45.28%)nurses did not know the group standard of PICC advanced Electrocardiogram Positioning Technology.Totally 227(54.96%)nurses had urgent need to carry out intracardiac electrocardiography technology.Conclusion:The IC-ECG positioning technology among nurses needs to be enhanced.It is urgent for nursing managers to strengthen the training and management level of IV therapy nurses,so as to improve the nursing quality of IV therapy in the province.
