摘要
现有的旅游舆情事件管理体系缺乏对非标准住宿业态危机方面的关注,聚焦旅游舆情事件,以“爱彼迎偷窥”事件为例,利用网页数据采集工具爬取互联网中用户评论的相关数据,描摹网民在舆情事件发生后内心的情感状态。通过对词频可视化分析、情感展演、情感景观构建表明:舆情事件发生后,网民的消极情绪占比最高,并在8小时内达到顶峰;事件中文旅行业也会受到扩散性影响;舆情事件的发生会使网民将这一事件与其他事件结合起来,扩大消极情绪;最后,舆情事件的处理结果会影响网民的情绪并促使网民提出处理诉求。
The existing tourism emergency management system lacks attention to the crisis aspect of the homestay industry.With the development of modern science and technology, social platforms such as Weibo and WeChat have become important platforms for internet users to express their emotions.This article focuses on travel emergencies, and uses netizens comment data to try to find out the inner emotional state of netizens after the emergencies.Take the “Airbnb Peeping” event as an example, use webpage data collection tools to crawl relevant data of user reviews on the internet, and analyze the emotional state of netizens by analyzing word frequency, keyword extraction, and combining time analysis.Analysis showed that after the emergency, the negative emotions of netizens accounted for the highest proportion and reached the peak within eight hours;The industries involved in the emergency will also be affected by the proliferation, from the camera industry to the hotel industry.It will be affected to the tourism industry, etc.;The occurrence of an emergency event will cause netizens to combine this event with other events, which will increase negative emotions;Finally, the outcome of the emergency event will also affect the emotions of netizens and make them put forward related processing demands.
