摘要
采用常规加工方法将杜仲胶(EUG)与异戊橡胶(IR)共混硫化,研究了EUG用量对并用胶力学性能、结晶性能和动态性能的影响。结果表明,随着EUG用量的增加,断裂伸长率和拉伸强度都有下降趋势,100%定伸应力和300%定伸应力上升;储能模量上升,Payne效应明显,滞后损失降低。DSC曲线表明,经过硫化后EUG/IR并用胶没有结晶和熔融峰出现。
Using conventional processing methods,eucommia ulmoides gum(EUG)and isoprene rubber(IR)were blended and vulcanized by conventional processing methods,and the effects of EUG content on the mechanical properties,crystallization properties and dynamic properties of the combined rubber were studied.The results show that as the amount of EUG increases,the elongation at break and the tensile strength have a downward trend.The 100%tensile stress rises.The 300%tensile stress rises;the storage modulus rises.The Payne effect is obvious,and the hysteresis loss decreases.The DSC curve shows that EUG/IR combined vulcanizate has no crystallization and melting peaks after vulcanization.
