环烷油对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物改性沥青低温性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了环烷油对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青低温性能的影响,通过沥青基本指标实验、弯曲梁流变实验(BBR)分析不同掺量环烷油对SBS改性沥青在不同温度条件下性能指标的变化规律及作用机理。结果表明,总体上环烷油可改善SBS改性沥青的低温性能,改善程度随着掺量的提高而增大,随着实验温度降低而减小。采用多指标方法分析环烷油对沥青低温性能的作用机理表明,加入环烷油可以提高SBS改性沥青应力松弛及能量消散能力,延缓低温开裂;随着温度持续下降,环烷油改善程度降低,当沥青力学性能接近于弹性体时,环烷油对沥青低温性能起不到改善作用。 In this paper,the effects of different content of naphthenic oils on the low temperature performance of styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)modified asphalt were investigated.The low temperature performance change law and influence mechanism of SBS modified asphalt with different content of naphthenic oils were analyzed by asphalt basic index experiment and Bending Beam Rheometer(BBR).The results show that low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt are gradually improved with increasing of aromatics oil contents and decreased with decreasing test temperature.The influence mechanism of naphthenic oil on low temperature performance of asphalt was analyzed by multi index method,the stress relaxation and energy dissipation ability of SBS modified asphalt can be improved and the cracking at low temperature can be delayed by adding naphthenic oils.The improvement of SBS modified asphalt with naphthenic oils is decreases with the continuous decrease of temperature,and the aromatics oil do little improve the low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt when the mechanical properties are close to the elastomer.
