摘要
以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和热塑性弹性体(TPE)为共混基体,4,4′-氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)为发泡剂,采用熔融共混法制备LDPE/TPE发泡材料。研究了不同用量TPE的加入对LDPE/TPE复合体系的加工流动性、热性能、发泡行为和力学性能的影响。结果表明,TPE的加入能显著提高LDPE/TPE复合体系的熔体流动速率,降低复合体系的相对结晶度。随着TPE的加入,LDPE/TPE发泡体系的拉伸强度、压缩强度、硬度均呈现降低趋势,断裂伸长率、回弹性均呈升高趋势。当TPE用量为30份时,LDPE/TPE发泡体系具有优异的泡孔结构,与纯LDPE发泡体系相比,拉伸强度、硬度和压缩强度分别降低了33.3%、20%和37%,断裂伸长率和回弹率分别提高了38.9%和67.4%。
In this study,Low density polyethylene(LDPE)and thermoplastic elastomer(TPE)were used as the matrix,and 4,4′-oxydibenzenesulfonyl hydrazide(OBSH)was used as foaming agent.The series of LDPE/TPE foam materials were prepared by melt blending method.The effects of the content of TPE on the process flow,thermal and foaming behavior,mechanical properties of the LDPE/TPE composite systems were investigated.The result showed that the addition of TPE improved the melt index of the LDPE/TPE composite material but reduced their relative crystallinity.With the increase of TPE content,the tensile strength,compressive strength and hardness all showed a decreasing trend,while the elongation at break and resilience rate both showed an increasing trend.When the amount of TPE reaches 30 phr,the LDPE/TPE foam material had an excellent cell structure.Compared with LDPE foam materials,the tensile strength,compressive strength and hardness were decreased by 33.3%,20%and 37%,respectively.The elongation at break and resilience rate were improved by 38.9%and 67.4%,respectively.
