摘要
以丁苯热塑性弹性体(SBS)为研究对象,添加聚苯乙烯(PS)、剑麻纤维(SF)进行熔融共混制备SBS/PS/SF复合材料,采用挤出压力型毛细管流变仪研究复合材料的流变性能,分析不同SF用量、表面性质、温度、剪切速率下熔体流变行为的变化规律。结果表明,SBS/PS/SF复合材料为假塑性流体,其剪切黏度随剪切速率的增加而降低。非牛顿指数n<1,且随着SF用量的增加而增加,但小于不含SF复合材料的n值;挤出胀大比(B)随着SF用量的增加由1.25下降至1.01,且含有30份SF的复合材料黏度为3790.59 Pa·s,具有更好的熔体稳定性。
Styrene butadiene thermoplastic elastomer(SBS)was used as the research object,and polystyrene(PS)and sisal fiber(SF)were added to prepare SBS/PS/SF composites by melt blending.The rheological properties of the composites were studied by extrusion pressure capillary rheometer.The rheological behavior of melt under different SF dosage,surface properties,temperature,shear rate and extrusion die diameter were analyzed.The results show that SBS/PS/SF composite is a pseudoplastic fluid,and its shear viscosity decreases with the increase of shear rate.The non-Newtonian index n is less than 1,and increases with the increase of SF dosage,but less than the composite without SF.The extrusion swell ratio B decreases from 1.25 to 1.01 with the increase of SF content,and the viscosity of the composite containing 30 SF is 3790.59 Pa·s,which has better melt stability.
