基于LAMP技术的核酸浊度检测仪研究

摘要 采用基于LAMP技术核酸检测平台可以实现比传统PCR检测平台时间更短,成本更低,更有利于广泛的基层推广使用。用于LAMP技术的核酸浊度检测仪,采用了基于STM32F407微处理器和TMP116数字温度传感器的温度精确控制电路,描述了基于S1336-44BK光电池的高精度光电检测设计,给出了硬件电路设计及软件实例。实验结果表明,该方法能够快速实现新型冠状病毒的扩增及结果判定,具有较高的灵敏度及准确的结果。 The nucleic acid detection platform based on lamp technology can achieve shorter time and lower cost than traditional PCR detection platform,which is more conducive to a wide range of grass-roots promotion and use.A temperature accurate control circuit based on STM32F407 microprocessor and tmp116 digital temperature sensor is used in the turbidity detection equipment of isothermal nucleic acid amplification for lamp technology,The design of high precision photoelectric detection based on S1336-44BK photocell is described.The hardware circuit design and software example are given.The experimental results show that the method can quickly realize the amplification and result determination of New Coronavirus,and has high sensitivity and accurate results.
