摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法(UPLC)同时检测氰氟草酯及其代谢物氰氟草酸和氰氟草酯二酸的定量分析方法。采用InertSustain C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈和0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,并以水(0.2%磷酸)∶甲醇=1∶1(v/v)作为基准溶剂进行配制,可完成3种有效组分的同时分离检测。结果表明,3种组分含量在0.02~5.0 mg/L之间线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.999以上,检出限为0.4ng,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.39%~0.97%(n=5)。在冷藏(0~4℃)避光条件下贮存,2d内完成分析测定。利用以上方法对土壤样品进行测定,各组分平均收率均≧80%。表明该方法使各组分得到很好的分离,操作简单、高效,定量分析结果准确、稳定。
Using InertSustain C18 chromatographic column,the mobile phase is acetonitrile and 0.2%phosphoric acid solution,gradient elution,and water(0.2%phosphoric acid):methanol=1:1(v/v)as the reference solvent for preparation,the simultaneous separation and detection of 3 effective components can be completed.The results show that the contents of the three components have a good linear relationship between 0.02 mg/L and 5.0 mg/L,the correlation coefficients are all above 0.999,the detection limit is 0.4ng,and the relative standard deviations of determination results are 0.39%—0.97%(n=5).Under the condition of refrigeration(0—4℃)and dark protection,the analysis and determination are completed within 2days.The above methods are used to determine the soil samples,and the average recovery of each component are equal to or above 80%.This method is simple and efficient,and the quantitative analysis results are accurate and stable.
