摘要
水浴加热王水提取地质样品中的微量银,银被完全溶解,一些样品提取液中对银产生质谱干扰的锆元素溶解量很低,实现了目标元素与干扰元素的初步分离,使用ICP-MS采用;Ag同位素对银的含量可以直接进行测试。对于其他一些地质样品,提取液中锆含量较高,目标元素与干扰元素未分离,需要利用质谱校正方程I_(107Ag)=I_(107Ag表现)-K*I_(94Zr)对银的测试结果进行校正。本实验建立的方法,检出限为0.0025μg/g,精密度为1.2%~3.2%,准确度好,适合于分析测试大批量地质样品中的微量银。
Trace silver in geological samples can be extracted in the aqua regia heated in a water bath,the silver is completely dissolved.For some geological samples,the amount of dissolved zirconium that interferes with the mass spectrum of silver is very low so that the initial separation of the target element and the interfer‐ing element is achieved,the silver content can be tested directly using;Ag isotope.For other geological samples,the content of zirconium in the extract is relatively high,the target element and the interfering ele‐ment are not separated,the mass spectrum correction equation,I_(107Ag)=I_(107Ag-apparent)-K*I_(94Zr)needs to be used to correct the silver test results.The detection limit of this method is 0.0025ug/g,the precision is 1.2%—3.2%,and the accuracy is good.This method is suitable for the analysis of trace silver in large quantities of geological samples.
