进展期胰腺癌的综合介入治疗现状

Current Status of Comprehensive Interventional Therapy for Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

胰腺癌恶性程度高,临床症状隐匿,就诊时大多已进展至中晚期,失去手术机会.随着介入技术的不断发展,热消融、不可逆电穿孔、高频聚焦超声及近距离放射治疗等技术广泛应用于进展期胰腺癌,取得了令人满意的治疗效果,得到了临床的肯定.文章将对进展期胰腺癌中常用介入技术的特点和其综合应用做一综述.

Pancreatic cancer is highly malignant and its clinical symptoms are obscure. Most of the patients have advanced to the late stage when they visit the doctor,and they lose the chance of operation. With the continuous development of interventional technology,thermal ablation,irreversible electroporation,high frequency focused ultrasound and Brachytherapy are widely used in advanced pancreatic cancer,and have achieved satisfactory clinical results. This article will review the characteristics of commonly used interventional techniques and its comprehensive application in advanced pancreatic cancer.
