江苏省2015-2019年感控科研水平趋势性调查

A Trend Survey ofInfectionControl Scientific Research Level in Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2019

目的:研究分析江苏省感控学术年会投稿论文,深入了解感控队伍科研水平及发展情况。方法:搜集江苏省医院协会医院感染管理专业委员会学术年会2015-2019年投稿论文共1330篇,结合13个地级市的论文分布,分析其连续5年的变化趋势。结果:江苏省2015-2019年感控论文投稿数量逐年增多。投稿论文作者科室以感控科和临床科室为主;投稿论文字数和使用统计学方法的比例逐年增多;投稿论文中“医院感染”和“手卫生”一直是高频关键词,“多重耐药菌感染”和“抗菌药物”成为2016-2019年新出现的高频关键词;论文类型中,总体以描述性研究(43.36%)和管理类(36.47%)为主,但均呈下降趋势,分析性研究、临床试验研究和基础类研究呈上升趋势。结论:江苏省感控队伍的科研产出和科研质量都处于逐步前进的趋势,仍需以解决临床问题为导向,继续推进感控科研。

Objective:To study and analyze the submitted papers for the annual conference of infection control in Jiangsu Province,so as to gain an in-depth understanding of the scientific research level and development of infection control team.Methods:Atotal of 1,330 papers were collected from the annual conference of the Professional Committee of Nosocomial Infection Management of Hospi⁃tal Association of Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2019 for five consecutive years,and the variation trend of the papers in 13 prefecture-level cities was analyzed.Results:The number of submitted papers increased year by year from 2015 to 2019 in Jiangsu Province.The author departments of the paper are mainlyinfection control department and clinical department.The number of words and the propor⁃tion of using statistical methods increased year by year,and the difference was statistically significant.“Nosocomial infection”and“hand hygiene”have always been popular among doctors.“Multidrug-resistant bacterial infection”and“antimicrobial agents”have become new high-frequency keywords from 2016 to 2019.Among the paper types,descriptive studies(43.36%)and management stud⁃ies(36.47%)were the main types,but both showed a downward trend,while analytical studies,clinical trials and basic studies showed an upward trend.Conclusion:The research output and quality of the infection control team in Jiangsu province are in the trend of pro⁃gressive progress,and it is still necessary to continue to promote the infection control research by solving clinical problems.
