基于多种群牵引差分进化算法的含分布式电源配电网规划 被引量:13

摘要 结合分布式能源与电动汽车充电站接入配电网的大背景,提出了一种基于多种群牵引差分进化算法的含分布式电源与电动汽车充电站的配电网规划方法。首先,充分考虑了分布式光伏与负荷出力时序上的匹配性,利用聚类分析确定规划场景,使规划结果更具准确性。接着,从配电网的投资成本、运行成本、性能指标综合最小为出发点,考虑潮流约束与分布式电源约束,构建了配电网规划模型。然后,为提高收敛速度及规划结果准确性,采用多种群牵引差分进化算法对规划模型进行求解。最后,针对山东省潍坊市某实际工业园区,通过传统差分进化算法、粒子群算法与多种群牵引差分进化算法分别求解并进行对比分析,验证了所提规划方法的有效性。 Combined with the background of a large number of distributed energy access and electric vehicle charging station connected to the distribution system,a distribution network planning method with distributed generation and electric vehicle charging station based on multi group traction differential evolution algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the matching of distributed photovoltaic and load output time sequence is fully considered,and the planning scenario is determined by cluster analysis,so the planning results are more accurate.The planning starts from minimizing the investment cost,operation cost and performance index of the distribution network,and considers the constraints of power flow and distributed generation to build the distribution network planning model.At the same time,in order to improve the convergence speed and the accuracy of planning results,the multi group traction differential evolution algorithm is used to solve the planning model.Aiming at an actual industrial park in Weifang city,Shandong province,using the traditional differential evolution algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and multi group traction differential evolution algorithm to solve and perform comparative analysis,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
