基于“双高”的高校师资队伍建设路径研究——以宣城职业技术学院为例

高职院校“双高”建设的关键在于师资队伍,面临师资队伍存在的一系列问题,宣城职业技术学院建筑艺术系以“六个一”工程为抓手,通过四年的探索与实践,师资职称结构得到优化、教研科研水平得到提升、创新创造能力得到锻炼、思政素养得到强化、技能竞赛水准得到提高等,逐步解决了师资队伍建设中存在的诸多问题,助力高质量发展,同时也可为兄弟院校提供有益借鉴。

The key to the"double high"construction of higher vocational colleges lies in the teaching staff.Facing the practical problems existing in the teaching staff,the architectural art department of Xuancheng Vocational&Technical College focuses on the"six ones"project.Through four years of exploration and practice,the structure of teachers'professional titles has been optimized;the level of teaching,research and scientific research has been improved;the ability of innovation and creativity has been exercised,and the ideological and political quality has been strengthened.The improvement of skill competition level has been improved,which gradually solved many problems existing in the construction of teaching staff,contributed to high-quality development,and also provided useful reference for brother colleges and universities.
