通辽市地处科尔沁草原腹地,处于中华文明三大源头之一——西辽河文明的核心区域,也是国家重要商品粮生产基地和畜牧业生产基地。作为华北和东北重要的生态安全屏障,不断促进通辽乡村生态振兴,切实提高生态环境质量,既符合通辽各族群众生产生活切身利益,也为促进通辽市实现经济社会高质量发展提供了重要支撑。通辽市从现状找问题、从短板研对策、从实践寻真知,全面贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想,不断增强广大党员干部群众生态环保意识,以污染防治和环境监测为切入口,坚持建设“生态通辽”“美丽通辽”,加快提高通辽市生态环境治理体系和治理能力现代化,为实施乡村生态振兴添砖加瓦。

Tongliao City is located in the hinterland of Horqin grassland, in the core area of West Liaohe civilization, one of the three major sources of Chinese civilization, and is also an important national commodity grain production base and animal husbandry production base. As an important ecological security barrier in North China and Northeast China, it will continuously promote the ecological revitalization of Tongliao villages and effectively improve the quality of the ecological environment, which not only conforms to the vital interests of the people of all ethnic groups in Tongliao, but also provides important support for promoting the high-quality economic and social development of Tongliao City. Find problems from the status quo, research countermeasures from shortcomings, and find true knowledge from practice, fully implement Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought, and continuously enhance the ecological and environmental protection awareness of the majority of party members, cadres and the masses.
