江苏省化工行业整治历程及绿色转型发展路径研究

Research on the renovation process and green transformation development path of the chemical industry in Jiangsu Province

化工是江苏省重要支柱产业,但近年来不断出现的化工安全环保事故带来重大人员伤亡和财产损失,尤其是2019年响水天嘉宜特别重大爆炸事故教训极其深刻。为探寻化工行业整治及绿色发展路径,在回顾2006年以来先后开展的9轮化工行业整治的基础上,分析了江苏省化工行业布局、规模、创新、从业人员素质方面存在的诸多问题,分析了化工产业发展面临的产业集聚、优胜劣汰等方面面临的机遇和挑战,提出了江苏省化工行业绿色转型发展的对策建议。

Chemical industry is an important industry in Jiangsu Province.However,chemical safety and environmental accidents that have emerged in recent years have caused major casualties and property losses.In order to explore the rectification of the chemical industry and the ECO development path,on the basis of reviewing the 9 rounds of chemical industry rectification since 2006,the paper analyzes the problems in the layout,scale,innovation and quality of the chemical industry in Jiangsu Province.The opportunities and challenges faced by the industrial agglomeration and the survival of the fittest in the development of the chemical industry have put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the green transformation and development of the chemical industry in Jiangsu Province.
