摘要
建立了一种顶空气相色谱法测定固定污染源废气中的三甲胺的方法。采用弱酸性的盐酸吸收液采集固定污染源废气,将吸收液转移至顶空瓶中,加入氢氧化钠和氨水,顶空-气相色谱仪氢火焰离子化检测器检测测定固定污染源废气中三甲胺的含量,并且优化了毛细管色谱柱、氯化钠、硫酸钾、氢氧化钠、氨水的加入量、平衡温度和平衡时间。实验结果表明:当吸收液为50.0 m L,采样体积为20 L时,三甲胺的方法检出限为0.010 mg/m^(3),线性良好,相关系数为0.9998,加标回收率为100.0%~107.0%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%。
A method was established for the determination of trimethylamine in exhaust gas of station pollution source with headspace-gas chromatography. The sample was collected by weakly acidic hydrochloric acid absorption solution, the absorption solution was transferred to the headspace bottle, added the sodium hydroxide and ammonia,separated by headspace-gas chromatography with flame ionization detector, and optimized the capillary column, the amount of sodium chloride, potassium sulfate, sodium hydroxide and ammonia, the equilibration temperature and time.The results showed that when the absorption solution is 50.0 mL, the sampling volume is 20 L, the detection limit of the trimethylamine is 0.010 mg/m^(3), good fitting relationship, has good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient is0.9998, the recovery of standard addition is 100.0% ~ 107.0%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 5.0 %.
