热脱附-气相色谱/质谱法测定环境空气中苯酚、萘、苊和芴 被引量:3

Determination of phenol,naphthalene,acenaphthene,fluorene in environmental air by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry coupled with automated thermal desorption

摘要 利用热脱附-气相色谱/质谱联用对环境空气中苯酚、萘、苊和芴进行了检测分析。该方法线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9991~0.9995,检出限为0.02~0.06μg/m3,平均加标回收率为96.6%~104%,相对标准偏差为0.59%~1.81%。该方法具有操作简单、分析快速、准确度高、灵敏高的特点。结果表明,方法用于环境空气中苯酚、萘、苊和芴的测定,结果令人满意。 A automated thermal desorption in combination with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC/MS) method was used to analyze phenol, naphthalene, acenaphthene and fluorene in environmental air. The method had good linear and the correlation coefficients of the compounds were 0.9991-0.9995,the range of the lowest detection limits were 0.02-0.06μg/m3. The average recovery ratios of the method were 96.6%-104%. The RSD was 0.59%~1.81%. The method has the characteristics of simple operation, rapid analysis, higher accuracy and higher sensitivity.The results showed that the method could be used to determination phenol, naphthalene, acenaphthene and fluorene in environmental air. Satisfactory results were obtained.
