摘要
输电线路工程竣工环境保护验收工作存在一定局限性,不能如实反映工程运行后的实际影响,而环境影响后评价目前尚处于探索研究阶段,通过探讨分析输电线路工程开展环境影响后评价的必要性、评价形式、开展范围和主要工作内容,为今后开展输电线路工程环境影响后评价工作提供参考。
The environmental protection acceptance work of the transmission line project has certain limitations,and it cannot truthfully reflect the actual impact of the project after operation. The environmental impact post-evaluation is still in the exploratory research stage. The necessity of conducting the post-evaluation of the environmental impact of the transmission line project is discussed and analyzed. The evaluation form, scope and main work content will provide reference for the future post-evaluation of the environmental impact of transmission line projects.
