永泰县富泉溪流域环境影响回顾性评价研究

A retrospective study on the environmental impact assessment of Fuquanxi watershed in Yongtai county

本文以永泰县大樟溪200km^(2)小流域富泉溪作为代表,对其流域水资源开发利用现状、流域开发水环境影响、水生态环境影响进行回顾性评价,提出早期流域开发存在的主要环境问题,为新一轮流域规划修编的水生态保护与修复提供思路与方向。

Taking the 200km^(2) small watershed of Dazhangxi in Yongtai county as a representative,this paper makes a retrospective evaluation on the present situation of water resources development and utilization,the impact of water environment and the impact of water ecological environment of the watershed development,the main environmental problems existing in the early watershed development are put forward,which can provide ideas and direction for the water ecological protection and restoration in the new round of watershed planning revision.
