基于Kano模型的高校智能会议室功能需求与设计研究

Research on Functional Demands and Designof Smart Meeting Room in University Based on Kano Model

在教育信息化2.0时代背景下,针对高校智慧校园的建设要求,研究探索智能会议室的内涵与功能需求,帮助高校规划设计出符合师生心理需求的室内交流空间。本文通过实地调研和查阅文献法,确定高校智能会议室4个维度、29项功能需求内容,采用Kano模型方法对智能会议室的用户需求满意度进行分析,得出功能需求中必备型需求8项、期望型需求9项、魅力型需求10项、无差异型需求1项和反向型需求1项;再计算满意度系数SI和不满意系数DSI,并分别对同一维度下和相同功能需求类型指标进行优先级排序。在科学分析用户功能需求重要度的基础上,提出智能会议室的设计规划方案,为高校师生提供一个满意的交流空间,也为其它智能空间的设计提供理论指导和参考。

In the context of the era of education informatization 2.0,according to the construction demands of smart campus in university,the connotation and functional demands of smart meeting room are studied and explored,so as to help university to plan and design interior communication spaces that meet the psychological needs of teachers and students.Through field research and literature review method,this paper determines 4 dimensions and 29 functional demands of smart meeting room in university,uses Kano model method to analyze the user demand satisfaction of smart meeting room,and thereby obtains the functional demands including 8 must-be demands,9 one-dimensional demands,10 attractive demands,1 Indifferent demand,and 1 reverse demand;then the satisfaction coefficient SI and dissatisfaction coefficient DSI are calculated,and the indicators of the same dimension and the same functional demand type are prioritized respectively.On the basis of scientific analysis of the importance of user functional demands,the design and planning scheme of smart meeting room is proposed to provide a satisfactory communication space for teachers and students in university,as well as theoretical guidance and reference for the design of other smart spaces.
