基于标准化路径的单病种运营管理评价

Evaluation of Single Disease Operation Management Based on Standardized Path

目的分析在标准化路径下单病种运营管理效果,为细化病种管理提供思路。方法采用回顾性分析方法,收集某市三甲医院2021年上半年6个单病种的相关数据,就各病种在不同诊疗组及不同诊疗方案中的运营指标进行比较分析。结果脑梗死手术组的平均住院日11.42 d(最长),每床日结余646元(最高),操作组居中,保守组平均住院日7.62 d(最短),每床日结余297元(最低)。实施标准化临床路径诊疗的A1组在平均住院日、例均费用、床日结余等方面明显优于实施常规诊疗的A2组。结论同一病种不同治疗方式的运营成本差异较大;基于标准化临床路径的病种精细化管理,在病种运营效率提升、药品耗材规范使用、运营成本降低等方面有着明显的效果。

Objective:To provide ideas for refining disease management,the effect of single disease operation and management in standardized path was analyzed.Method:By retrospective analysis,the data of 6 single diseases in a hospital of class a and grade three of a city in the first half of 2021 were collected.And the operation indicators of each disease in different diagnosis and treatment groups,and different diagnosis and treatment plans were compared and analyzed.Result:The average length of hospital stay in the operation group was 11.42 d(the longest),and the daily balance per bed was 646 yuan(the highest).The operation group was in the middle,and the conservative group was 7.62 d(the shortest).The daily balance per bed was 297 yuan(the lowest).The average length of hospital stay,cost per case,bed balance and other aspects of A1 group with standardized clinical pathway treatment were significantly better than A2 group with routine treatment.Conclusion:The operating cost of the same disease varies greatly with different treatment methods.The refined management of diseases based on standardized clinical pathway has obvious effects on improving the operation efficiency of diseases,standardizing the use of drug consumables and reducing operating costs.
