摘要
在公立医院绩效改革背景下,推动三级公立医院在管理模式上由粗放型转为全方位的绩效管理势在必行,职能科室是医院方针政策的执行者,是上传下达的重要桥梁,职能科室的绩效改革在医改中至关重要。本文以某公立三甲医院职能科室为例,通过阐述职能科室的结构和现状,分析职能科室绩效改革的难点,初步探索职能科室岗位评价体系,并提出相应的实施建议,为医院的精细化管理和绩效改革提供有益参考。
Under the background of performance reform of public hospitals,it is imperative to promote the management model in public hospitals of grade three from extensive to all-round performance management.Functional departments are the executor of hospital policies and the important bridge between being transmitted and transmitting.The performance reform of functional departments is very important in medical reform.The authors of this paper take functional departments of a public hospital of class a and grade three as an example,analyze the difficulties of performance reform of functional departments,preliminarily explore the post evaluation system of functional departments,and put forward corresponding implementation suggestions,so as to provide useful reference for the refined management and performance reform of the hospital.
