摘要
目的用SPD供应链理论、信息化物流管理手段开展医用耗材的精益化管理,提升管理质量,保障管理安全,降低管理成本。方法收集我院推广SPD项目前后的医用耗材库存数据、医务人员耗材管理劳动强度数据、耗材采购效率数据,分析评估项目实施的效果。结果项目上线后中心库月均库存金额增幅低于月均出库金额增幅,周转率增长1.71%;每次申领、盘点、取用消耗及录入收费可分别减少52 min、15 min、9 min,重点科室医护人员耗材管理工作时间每月可减少48.7 h;累计订单满足率比上线前水平高出40%以上,采购效率得到显著提高。结论本项目有效提高了供应链与耗材管理效率和水平,并为后续的医用耗材绩效分析、合理使用分析打下数据化基础。
Objective:In order to carry out the lean management of medical consumables,improve management quality,ensure management safety,and reduce management cost by using SPD supply chain theory and informationalized logistics management.Method:The inventory data of medical consumables,labor intensity data of medical staff consumable management and consumable procurement efficiency data before and after SPD project promotion in our hospital were collected to analyze and evaluate the effect of project implementation.Result:After the project went online,the monthly average inventory amount of the central database increased less than the monthly average outbound amount,and the turnover rate increased by 1.71%.Each application,inventory,consumption and input charge can be reduced by 52min,15min and 9min respectively,and the working time of consumable management of medical staff in key departments can be reduced by 48.7 h per month.The cumulative order fulfillment rate is more than 40%higher than the level before the launch,and the purchasing efficiency has been significantly improved.Conclusion:This project has effectively improved the efficiency and level of supply chain and consumable management,and laid a digital foundation for subsequent performance analysis and rational use analysis of medical consumables.
