摘要
在不少人开始强调“不能以本科论本科,不能以就业论专业”的今天,思考教育学本科专业到底培养学生哪些素养有其必要性与紧迫性。目前,很多教育学本科专业建设者在长期发展中都形成了自己的专业核心素养定位思路,比较突出的类型有:重视教育史论的学问积淀取向、重视实用技能的职业能力取向、重视研究方法的专业研究取向。作为专业来说,教育学本科专业需要学生从历史视域获得教育的本真理解,从与其他学科的关系洞悉教育学学科特性,从主体间性领悟教育学是作为“间性”的学科。在具体实践中,当代教育学本科专业要注重夯实基础、通识引领,培养学生具备一定的专业倾向性。在培养方案设计、课程建设和教学改进中,当代教育学本科专业应使学生具备概览教育全貌的历史见识,于人类文明中洞见教育本性的思想见识,以及融合不同要素的系统见识。
With many people beginning to emphasize that undergraduate cannot be regarded as undergraduate,and the employment cannot be simply decided by majors,it is necessary and urgent to think about what literacy should undergraduates of education major be cultivated.At present,many constructors of the undergraduate education major have formed their own orientation of professional core qualities in the long-term development,among which more prominent types are the theory orientation that attaches importance to educational history,the professional ability orientation that values practical skills,and the professional research orientation that highlights research methods.Professionally,the undergraduate education major needs students to acquire the true understanding of education from the historical perspective,to discern the characteristics of education from the relationship with other disciplines,and to understand education as a nexus of discipline from the intersubjectivity.In practice,contemporary undergraduate education major should put emphasis on laying a solid foundation,leading general knowledge and cultivating students with certain professional orientation.In the cultivation design,curriculum construction and teaching improvement,the undergraduate major of contemporary education should equip students with the historical knowledge of general view of education,the ideological knowledge of insight into the nature of education in human civilization,and the systematic knowledge of integrating different elements.
