摘要
德育一体化不仅是一个教育的概念,更是一个社会的概念。德育所要培养的“德”和实现德育目标的“育”都具有鲜明的社会属性。具体而言,“德”具有明显的价值性,其存在形态具有历史变化性、文化相对性。“育”则具有突出的主体多元性、方式多样性。“德”的一体化重在解决德育的合法性问题,重点是要处理好变与不变、同与异之间的关系;“育”的一体化则着力提升德育过程和方法的有效性,重点是坚持科学性和正当性的统一。为此,需要从社会综合治理的角度去思考德育一体化的实现。具体而言,社会路径的德育一体化重在用社会主义核心价值观来引领社会价值环境的综合治理;教育路径上的德育一体化则需要将立德树人根本任务落到实处;德育方向上的德育一体化就是要切实提升整个德育的专业化水平。
The integration of moral education is not only a concept of education, but also a concept of society. Specifically, the “morality” to be cultivated by moral education and the “education” to achieve the goal of moral education have distinct social attributes. “Morality” has obvious historical and cultural value.“Education” has prominent subject diversity and mode diversity. The integration of “morality” focuses on solving the legitimacy of moral education, focusing on dealing with the relationship between change and invariance, and between similarities and differences. The integration of “ education” focuses on improving the effectiveness of the process and methods of moral education, focusing on the unity of scientificity and legitimacy. Therefore, it is required to think about the realization of the integration of moral education from the perspective of comprehensive social management. Specifically, the integration of moral education in the social path focuses on the comprehensive management of the social value environment with the socialist core values;The integration of moral education on the path of education needs to implement the fundamental task of moral education;The integration of moral education in the direction of moral education is to effectively improve the professional level of the whole moral education.
