摘要
劳动教育理论和实践的前提是对“劳动”本身的认识和理解。劳动是具有丰富内涵的人类实践,这就决定了劳动教育的多维度和多层次性;劳动的形成和发展具有历史性,我们需要从劳动的历史变迁之中探寻劳动的意涵及其教育价值。从人的本质力量、人与自然的关系以及技术运用等方面可以发现劳动意涵的历史演变,及其对人的存在和发展的深刻影响。同时,劳动的时代变迁也与现实教育发展存在着紧密关联。由此,当代劳动教育的展开需要立足于人类劳动的整体历史实践,结合时代特征,在把握劳动本身丰富性的基础上,以人的成长为中心,引导青少年实现自身的健康成长。
The premise of labor education theory and practice is the knowledge and understanding of“labor”itself.Labor is a human practice with rich connotations,which determines the multi-dimensional and multi-level nature of labor education.Similarly,the formation and development of labor are historical,and we need to explore the connotation of labor and its educational value from the historical changes of labor.The historical evolution of labor connotation and its profound influence on human existence and development can be found from the aspects of man’s essential strength,man’s relationship with nature,and the use of technology.Moreover,the changing times of labor are closely related to the development of realistic education.Therefore,the development of contemporary labor education needs to be based on the overall historical practice of human labor and to be combined with the characteristics of the times,and to guide young people to achieve their own healthy growth on the basis of grasping the richness of labor itself and centering on human growth.
