摘要
突出教师教育教学实绩已成为当前新时代教师评价改革的重要方向。教学是高校教师职业的根本要求,学术是高校教师职业的本质特征。教师教学学术能力是大学教学质量高低的决定性因素,应是教学型教授评聘中重要的内容。研究选取我国15所高校教学型教授职称的政策文本,结合对各高校教学工作的实践观察,分析教学型教授评聘中评审条件的评价内容、主体和手段,发现教学型教授评价各指标更多关注显性教学学术,评价主体由行政主导,评价手段倾向量化和等级制的要求。完善基于教学学术的教学型教授评聘可进一步建构教学学术的合理认知,充分发挥教学学术共同体的作用,丰富教学实践成果。
Highlighting the actual performance of teacher education and teaching has become an important direction of teacher evaluation reform in the new era.Teaching is the fundamental requirement of college teachers’profession,and academic is the essential feature of teachers’profession.The teaching quality of university teachers is the decisive factor of teaching quality,and it should be an important content in the evaluation of teaching-focused faculty.The research selects the policy text of the title of teaching professors in 15 colleges and universities in China,combined with the practical observation of the teaching work in colleges and universities,analyzes the evaluation contents,subjects and means of the evaluation conditions in the evaluation and employment of teaching professors,and finds that the evaluation indicators of teaching professors pay more attention to the explicit teaching academic,the evaluation subject is led by the administration,and the evaluation means tend to the requirements of quantification and hierarchy.Improving the evaluation and employment of teaching-focused faculties based on scholarship of teaching can further construct the reasonable cognition of teaching academic,give full play to the role of teaching academic community and enrich the achievements of teaching practice.
