Research Status and Development Proposal of Infant Formula Milk Powder Production Technology

奶粉是婴幼儿的口粮,直接关系婴幼儿的身体健康。奶粉质量的好坏,与每一个家庭息息相关,受到社会各界的广泛关注。目前婴幼儿配方奶粉生产工艺正面临着转型发展阶段,本文以我国婴幼儿配方奶粉行业发展轨迹为切入点,以当前婴幼儿配方奶粉生产工艺模式为立足点,对我国婴幼儿配方奶粉研究现状进行了综述,并提出相关发展建议,以期为我国婴幼儿配方奶粉产业的发展提供一定理论依据。

Milk powder is a ration for infants and young children,and it is directly related to the health of infants and young children.The quality of milk powder is closely related to every family and has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.At present,the production process of infant formula milk powder is undergoing the stage of transformation and development.This paper takes the development track of Chinese infant formula milk powder industry as the entry point and takes the current production process model of infant formula milk powder as the foothold.The development track,production process research status,nutrition and safety research status of infant formula milk powder industry were reviewed,it put forward related development suggestions,in order to provide some theoretical basis for the development of infant formula milk powder industry.
