摘要
目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间大学生亲子沟通情况,分析大学生亲子关系的特点并探讨其对大学生心理健康的影响。方法选取生源地为江苏、浙江和上海的在校大学生作为调查对象,采用自制亲子关系量表和抑郁-焦虑-压力自评量表(depression anxiety stress scale,DASS-21)评估大学生的亲子关系和压力状况,采用多元线性逐步回归分析法分析亲子关系对大学生心理健康的影响。结果共调查317名大学生,其中30人(9.46%)存在抑郁,41人(12.93%)感到焦虑,17人(5.36%)感到压力。大学生与父母的沟通状况可能与其性别、父母的工作情况及受教育程度有关。父亲不工作、父亲发起交流是疫情期间大学生产生心理压力和负性情绪的独立危险因素,而与父母交流社会时事是保护因素。结论COVID-19疫情期间亲子关系影响大学生心理健康,应注重培养良好的亲子关系以预防大学生心理压力的增高。
Objective To investigate the situation of parent-child communication of university students during the COVID-19 pandemic,and analyze the characteristics of parent-child relations and the effects on psychological health.Methods University students from Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Shanghai were enrolled as survey subjects.An online questionnaire survey that concluded a self-compiled parent-child relations scale and the depression anxiety stress scale(DASS-21)was distributed to evaluate parent-child relations and psychological stress of university students,respectively.Results Among the 317 students surveyed,30(9.46%)reported depression,41(12.93%)reported anxiety,and 17(5.36%)reported stress.The communication between the students and their parents can be related to their gender,their parents’work status and education level.The fathers’absence and parent-child communication initiated by the fathers were independent risk factors for university students’psychological stress and negative emotions.Parent-child communication including current social affairs was a protective factor.Conclusion During the COVID-19 pandemic,parent-child relations can influence the level of university students’psychological health.Focus on cultivating good parent-child relationship is needed to prevent the increase of students’psychological stress.
