酸碱滴定法在测定无规共聚物P(AA-co-BA)组成中的应用

摘要 研究用酸碱滴定法测定无规共聚物P(AA-co-BA)中结构单元组成的可行性。以丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为单体,采用自由基溶液聚合法制备了聚丙烯酸(PAA)和4种配比的无规共聚物P(AA-co-BA),红外(IR)光谱测定表明聚合物制备成功。用酸碱滴定法测定AA和PAA中—COOH浓度以验证定量方法的可行性,然后将该方法用于共聚物P(AA-co-BA)中2种结构单元组成的测定。结果表明,滴定结果与共聚理论预测一致,酸碱滴定法可用于含—COOH的二元共聚物组成的定量检测。 The feasibility of acid-base titration method applied for determining the constitutional unit composition of random copolymer P(AA-co-BA)was studied.Using acrylic acid(AA)and butyl acrylate(BA)as monomers,polyacrylic acid(PAA)and random copolymer P(AA-co-BA)with four ratios were prepared by radical solution polymerization.The results of IR spectra showed that the polymer was successfully prepared.Acid-base titration method was used to determine the concentration of—COOH groups in AA and PAA to verify the feasibility of the quantitative method,and then the method was used to determine the composition of the two constitutional units in copolymer P(AA-co-BA).The results show that the titration results are consistent with the theoretical prediction of copolymerization,and the acid-base titration method can be used for the quantitative determination of the composition of bipolymer having—COOH group.
