徐州市技术合同认定登记工作现状与对策分析

Analysis on the status quo of the identification and registration of technology contract in Xuzhou and its countermeasures

为实现知识产权强国战略,徐州市响应党和国家的号召,积极开展技术合同认定登记等各项活动。文章就国家和地方对技术合同认定登记后,可以享受增值税、企业所得税、个人所得税等减免政策,通过对江苏省徐州市技术合同认定登记工作现状进行分析,采取明确科技管理部门分工、组织开展专题培训、提升登记机构服务专业化水平、加大宣传和调度、积极主动对接登记单位进行技术合同登记工作等对策,促进科技成果转化,实现科技强国目的。

In order to realize the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property rights, Xuzhou responded to the call of the Party and the state and actively carried out various activities such as identification and registration of technology contracts. This paper analyzes the current situation of technology contract identification and registration in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province, and takes the following measures: clarifying the division of labor of science and technology management departments, organizing special training, improving the service specialization level of registration institutions, increasing publicity and dispatching actively cooperate with the registration units to carry out technology contract registration and other countermeasures, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and realize the goal of strengthening the country through science and technology.
