基于发展大学生就业力理念的创新创业教育改革研究

Research of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform based on the idea of developing college students’ employment ability

提升毕业生就业率,是当前所有高校面临的重大问题,而强化学生的就业竞争力,是解决这一问题的关键所在。大学生就业理念支配着择业行为,反映了社会现象。文章认为,为进一步促进就业理念优化,使学生认识到创新创业能力的重要性,高校需正视当下创新创业教育的不足,通过充分调动自身教育资源,推动改革发展,探索人才培养新方案,最终建立起成熟的创新创业教育体系。

Improving the employment rate of graduates is a major problem faced by all colleges and universities, and strengthening the employment competitiveness of students is the key to solve this problem. The employment concept of college students dominates the job selection behavior and reflects the social phenomenon. The article believes that in order to further promote the optimization of employment concept and make students realize the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship ability, colleges and universities need to face up to the shortcomings of current innovation and entrepreneurship education, fully mobilize their own educational resources, promote reform and development, explore new talent training schemes, and finally establish a mature innovation and entrepreneurship education system.
