高校科技成果转化视角下工科类研究生创新能力培养研究

Research on innovation ability cultivation of engineering graduate students from the perspective of transformation of university scientific and technological achievements

高校科技成果转化在服务社会经济发展中发挥着重要作用,工科类研究生作为人才培养的主力军,需要不断激发创新能力。高校科技成果实际转化过程也遇到了一些困难,如地方政府对科研成果转化重视程度、立法层面、保障体系有待提高;科技成果转化配套体系有待进一步构建和完善。为此,政府部门应该高度重视,构建科技成果转化法治体系,提供资金等政策性保障。文章研究表明,高校要不断加强科技成果转化力度,完善工科类研究生培养模式;加强工科类研究生生命价值观教育,构建科研安全保障体系;组建导师研究生团队,打造“互联网+”工科类研究生创新创业能力培养体系等。

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities plays an important role in serving the social and economic development.As the main force of talent training,engineering graduate students need to constantly stimulate their innovation ability.There are also some difficulties in the actual transformation process of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.For example,the local government’s emphasis on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the legislative level and the guarantee system need to be improved.Supporting systems for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements need to be further built and improved.Therefore,the government should attach great importance to build a legal system for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and providing funds and other policy guarantees.This paper showed that colleges and universities should constantly strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and perfect the training mode of engineering graduate students.To strengthen the life value education of engineering graduate students and construct the security system of scientific research;set up a mentor graduate student team,and build the“Internet+”engineering graduate student innovation and entrepreneurship ability training system.
