摘要
文章以我国航空航天领域博士学位论文为代表,以学位论文标注的基金为研究切入点,对我国航空航天领域近十年博士学位论文的数据库收录、基金资助情况进行了剖析,并对基金论文和非基金论文在被引比例、篇均被引、被引速率、影响因子、下载率、基金类别赞助比等指标上进行了研究和分析,提出为了高质量培养我国国防科技领域人才,提升科研成果的影响力及利用率,国家需要在加大航空航天学科的基金资助力度的同时,通过构建统一完整的基金资源库,建立基金学位论文质量评估和监督机制,促进资源流通,推动基金学位论文推送和利用机制建设。
The article is represented by the aerospace field doctoral thesis, with the fund marked as the research entry point, the nearly 10 years of aerospace doctoral thesis database collection, fund funding analysis, and the fund papers and non-fund papers in the cited proportion, average citation per paper, citation rate, influence factor, download rate, fund category sponsorship ratio and other indicators are analyzed. In order to put forward for high quality training of national defense science and technology talents, enhance the influence and utilization of scientific research achievements, the country need to increase the funding of aerospace at the same time by building a unified and complete fund resource pool, establish fund thesis quality evaluation and supervision mechanism, promote resource circulation, to promote the fund dissertation push and utilization mechanism construction.
