江苏省“专精特新”企业发展路径研究

Research on the development path of“specialized and special new”enterprises in Jiangsu province

拥有多样性、差异化经济生态的“专精特新”中小企业,对我国产业发展工业强基工程和制造强国建设都产生了十分重要的影响。如今,江苏省中小企业一直处于全国领先地位,“专精特新”更是江苏省中小企业的重要特色。文章对江苏省中小企业发展现状进行分析研究,提出问题所在:欠缺专业的管理模式;缺乏科技创新能力;缺少充足的资金来源、全面信息公示和服务平台。探讨江苏省“专精特新”企业发展路径:(1)提高经营者管理水平;(2)提升科技创新能力;(3)加大政府的扶持力度;(4)完善信息公示和服务平台,以此为我国经济发展提供一定的参考价值。

The“specialized and special new”small and medium-sized enterprises with diverse and differentiated economic ecology have had a very important impact on China’s industrial development,industrial foundation engineering and the construction of a manufacturing power.Nowadays,small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu province have always been in a leading position in the country,and“specialized and special new”enterprises are an important feature of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu province.This paper analyzed the development status of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu province,and put forward the problems:lack of professional management mode;lack of scientific and technological innovation ability;lack of sufficient capital sources,comprehensive information publicity and service platform.And explored the development path of“specialized and special new”enterprises in Jiangsu province:(1)improve the management level of operators;(2)improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation;(3)increase government support;(4)improve the information publicity and service platform,so as to provide a certain reference value for China’s economic development.
