摘要
以天津市某住宅小区为例,引入绿色设计策略,通过参数化工具模拟典型气候特征及工况条件下设计方案的预期效果,调整建筑布局,优化建筑通风,并对建筑运营阶段的室内温湿度与能耗进行检测,开展满意度问卷调查,计算建筑全生命周期碳排放,以验证绿色设计策略的实践效果。
Taking a residential district in Tianjin as an example,the green design strategy is introduced to simulate the expected effect of the design scheme under typical climate and working conditions by parametric tools. The results are used to adjust the building layout and optimize the indoor ventilation.The indoor temperature, humidity and energy consumption in the operation phase of the building are measured, and a questionnaire survey is carried out to calculate the building life cycle carbon emission.
