摘要
针对当前住宅卫生间开小窗的状况,以南京一栋典型单元式住宅建筑的标准层为研究对象,利用DesignBuilder软件计算卫生间不同朝向窗墙比下的住宅单位面积采暖空调耗电量和以温度为指标的舒适度变化,并通过建设实验房收集数据验证不同开窗大小对房间舒适度的影响,打破了单元式住宅卫生间开小窗有利于保温隔热的认识误区,有助于建筑师优化卫生间窗墙比设计。
In view of the current situation of small windows in residential bathroom, this paper takes the standard plan of a typical unitized residential building in Nanjing as the research object, and uses Design Builder so?tware to calculate residential units heating and air-conditioning power consumption. The influence of different window sizes on the room comfort is obtained by collecting data from the construction of the experimental room, and temperature is calculated as an indicator of comfort changes. This paper breaks the misunderstanding of the opening of the small-sized windows in residential bathroom and provides a new idea for its health and comfort design.
