喷雾沉积法制备多功能纸夹板及其性能

摘要 纸夹板外固定骨折部位联合外敷传统中药治疗骨折,在中医骨伤科临床中被广泛使用。纸夹板具有质量轻、固定简便、方便患肢进行功能锻炼的优点,但是中药异味对部分患者感官刺激较大,严重影响患者的人际交往环境。以普通的纸夹板为基底,采用喷雾沉积技术,制备了氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide,GO)负载的多功能纸夹板。采用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱和力学性能测试分别研究了多功能纸夹板的表面形貌、理化性能和力学性能,并研究了中药异味吸附性能和红外保健功能。研究结果表明,表面负载GO的功能纸夹板,随着GO负载量的增加,其力学性能、中药气味吸附率、光热转化性能和蓄热变化率随之提高。当GO负载量为0.8%时,功能纸夹板的拉伸强度为10.98 MPa,中药气味吸附率达到60.25%,其蓄热变化率为3.8℃/min。 External applications of traditional Chinese medicine and paper splints as external fixation of fracture site have been widely used in the treatment of fracture. Paper splints have some advantages, such as light weight, simple fixation and convenient functional exercise of affected limb. However, the odor of traditional Chinese medicine has great sensory stimulation to some patients, therefore it seriously affects the interpersonal environment of patients. In this study, using clinical paper splint as the matrix, a novel graphene oxide(GO)-coated multifunctional paper splint was prepared by spray deposition method. The surface morphology, physical and chemical properties and mechanical properties of the multifunctional paper splints were studied by scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and mechanical properties test, respectively. The adsorption performance for the odor of traditional Chinese medicine and infrared health function of the multifunctional paper splints were also studied. The results show that the mechanical properties, the adsorption capacities for sesame oil and the photothermal conversion performance of the paper splints increase while the GO loading contents on the multifunctional paper splints increase. When the GO loading contents on the paper splint is 0.8%, the tensile strength, the absorption efficiency and the rate of temperature rise of the multifunctional paper splints reach 10.98 MPa, 60.25% and 3.8℃/min, respectively.
