隔热用多孔陶瓷材料制备方法的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 多孔陶瓷材料具有气孔率高、隔热效果佳、耐高温等优异性能,可作为工业窑炉的炉衬或隔热层,有效减少热损失,对节能降耗具有积极作用。但目前,隔热用多孔陶瓷材料存在气孔孔径偏大和力学性能不佳的问题,制备方法则是决定二者的关键。基于此,综述了隔热用多孔陶瓷材料制备方法的研究现状,对研究中存在的问题进行了分析,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。 Porous ceramic materials have excellent properties, such as high porosity, good thermal insulation and high temperature resistance, which can be used to effectively reduce heat loss and play a constructive role in energy saving and consumption reduction as lining or insulation layer for industrial furnaces.However, at present, porous ceramic materials for thermal insulation have the shortage of larger pore size and insufficiently high mechanical properties, which are closely related to their fabrication methods. This paper is aimed to review the current research status of the preparation of porous ceramic materials for thermal insulation, analyze the problems in current research and outlook of the development trend.
