堇青石陶瓷结构及性能研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 堇青石陶瓷是常见的低热膨胀陶瓷之一,其化学式为2MgO·2Al_(2)O_(3)·5SiO_(2)。相对于SiC、Al_(2)O_(3)等常见的结构陶瓷,堇青石陶瓷具有较低的热膨胀系数和介电常数,被广泛应用于冶金、汽车、催化、环保以及电子等领域。不同应用领域对于堇青石的性能要求(热膨胀系数、介电常数、力学性能等)不尽相同。为了满足其应用需求,需要对堇青石陶瓷结构及相关性能进行调控,其中,掺杂是最为有效的方式。综述了堇青石陶瓷的制备工艺与应用领域,探讨了元素掺杂对堇青石陶瓷热膨胀性能、微波介电性能和力学性能的影响,以及目前存在的问题,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望。 Cordierite ceramics,with a formula of 2MgO·2Al_(2)O_(3)·5SiO_(2),are characterized by low coefficient of thermal expansion and low dielectric constant,as compared with common structural ceramics,such as Si C and Al_(2)O_(3),thus having wide applications in the fields of metallurgy,automotive,catalytic,environmental protection and electronics.For different applications,the cordierite ceramics should have different performances.In this case,structure and properties of the cordierite ceramics need to be adjusted by doping with different elements.The progress in the preparation process and application of cordierite ceramics is reviewed.Especially,the effects of element doping on thermal expansion,microwave dielectric and mechanical properties of cordierite ceramics are summarized and discussed.The future development of cordierite ceramic is also proposed.
