摘要
建立两种不同规格支承辊调质的热处理数值模型,分析不同工艺条件下温度、组织、应力分布,提出缩短调质回火保温时间的工艺优化方案,结果表明,该方案在保证支承辊热处理质量及生产安全前提下,可适当缩短调质回火保温时间,降低生产成本;生产工艺优化后,支承辊质量安全稳定。
A model for numerical analysis of quenching and tempering heat treatment of backup rolls in two different sizes has been established to analyze the temperature,microstructure and stress distribution at different process conditions in order to give an optimized process solution with shorter the holding time for tempering treatment.The application result proves the solution can shorten the holding time while ensure the workmanship and safety of backup roll heat treatment operation and therefore reduce the production cost.The optimized process maintains the consistency of backup roll quality.
