摘要
某大型核电装备主体材料为316H奥氏体不锈钢,设备外形直径φ20000 mm,有许多大厚板拼装焊接结构。为了保障该装备的制造周期和焊接质量,采用埋弧自动焊焊接工艺,完成该大型核电装备的制造。
The manufacture of a large nuclear power generation equipment with outside diameter of 20000 mm and mainly in 316H austenitic stainless steel requires many large and thick plates to joint together by welding.The automatic submerged arc welding technique is a better option to ensure the manufacture schedule and welding workmanship for such equipment.
